This device prevents server racks from tipping over in the event of an earthquake, and at the same time serves to reduce the acceleration applied to the racks for data protection.
This is an improved version of our server utensil SUM and SUL, with a smaller footprint and higher load capacity.

- It is maintenance-free, so there are no running costs after installation.
- The centering function (resilience) provided by the arc rails enables the system to withstand frequent earthquakes after major earthquakes.

Improvements over conventional products
We have aligned the same size to the size of the rack.
The rack and seismic isolation device are the same size, so they can be installed in a space-saving manner.
No extra space is required when connecting two or more units.
Even when multiple racks are connected, no extra space is required to save space.
The load capacity has been increased.
Compared to conventional products, it can load servers with high load capacity. 1.2 times as many servers can be loaded in one type, and two servers can be isolated from seismic vibration.

This is a video image when shaken by various types of seismic waves at 100%.
The earthquake was reproduced using a large triaxial simultaneous seismic test device with electrodynamic system (in cooperation with Air Water Disaster Prevention Inc.).
Structure and Specifications
- The upper and lower rails expand the operating displacement in spite of its compact size.
- The friction type damper (friction roller damper) changes the amount of damping in accordance with the loaded load. In addition, the use of arc rails ensures stable seismic isolation performance regardless of the loaded load.
- Since the upper plate and rails do not separate, they will not come off and topple over even in the event of an earthquake that exceeds the seismic isolation performance.
