Vibration isolators using air springs. It can be used for various applications such as high-speed presses, small testing machines, and weaving machines.
The minimum configuration consists of a set of four units and incorporates all the necessary air springs, leveling and vibration damping devices required for air spring vibration isolation systems.

  • Air springs are used as the elastic body and have higher anti-vibration performance than coil springs or rubber anti-vibration devices.
  • A wide variety of product lineups are available to accommodate payloads from 20 kN to 400 kN.
  • The amplitude can be easily controlled by an automatic damping device.
  • Even if the load on the surface supported by the vibration isolators is unbalanced, the height can be kept constant by the leveling mechanism of each isolator.
  • Air sources are available in factory line piping or with portable compressors.
